What We're Looking For:
Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join
our team as a Personal Care Assistant. As a PCA, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to
meet the unique needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:

Assist with patient laundry when necessary.
· Provide medication reminders.
· Ensure patient safety.
· Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor.
· Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required.
· Monitor and record patient temperature.
· Assist patients with ambulation.
· Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
· Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
· Offer bathing assistance.
· Perform light housekeeping.
· Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
Requirements:
·
Must be 18 years of
age or older.
· Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
· Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
· Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
· Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.
